Our focus will be aligning, lengthening, toning and improving range of motion in the torso. Connecting front, back and sides to bring balance to the upper body from all aspects. I will also be including elements of the Yamuna foot fitness and standing Yamuna Yoga with the Foot Savers to really feel and create maximum space and length in our bodies. Unwinding the legs and uplifting holding patterns in the pelvis that can be restricting movement in our upper body.
All balls and Foot Savers are provided. Spaces are limited and bookable in advance.
