Yoga and/or Yamuna Workshops run throughout the year, usually once a month FOR 2- 3 hours ON A Saturday Morning.
They are a chance to explore or practice with a specific focus. Whether you are new to Yoga or Yamuna Body Rolling or an experienced practitioner each workshop offers the opportunity to gain insight, inspiration and to explore something new.
