On this plan the monthly cost per class is reduced as it is spread out over the year. Easter, August and Christmas there are less classes to attend, you will pay the same, but have access to more free classes over the course of the year.

The online studio is a practice platform for you to delve in to at your own pace and in your own time. 90 minute classes are an all encompassing journey through asana, breath work and meditation practices. The shorter ‘easy flows’ explore ranges of motion and movement practices as well as elements of restorative and somatic experiences.  This creative library will continuously grow week by week, month by month and be responsive to member requests too.

My hope is that by creating this online community I can continuously add and grow to it’s form and shape. I will invite members to additional live Zoom classes and workshops when creating new content outside of our regular Thursday evening Zoom class and in addition to the existing schedule. 

Live classes would not be taught during UK school holiday times.
