In this workshop we will explore how movement, meditation and mindfulness help us to live and breath in the moment, experience fully the highs, the lows and everything in between.
Tools, tips and practical application of yoga philosophy to the way you practice yoga transforms the relationship you have with yourself and the way you interact with the world around you.
We will use balancing focused asanas to help us explore this theme. This opens up a myriad of different paths we can follow, dip in to and fall out of.
