The shoulder joint connects your hands and arms to your head, neck and torso. In this workshop we will explore how some parts of the body being out of balance affects your shoulders and how misaligned shoulders influences restrictions felt elsewhere in the upper body.
Releasing and mobilising the hips, ribcage, spine, chest and shoulder joint will have a profound effect on our posture, breath and abdominal organ health. Optimal range of motion and musculoskeletal balance are key to our health and longevity.
