Yamuna Body Rolling Workshop

Working from the feet up to the skull this is our total body maintenance and body care practice. Unblocking and releasing areas of holding and tension in key skeletal junctions we are going to be awakening, structuring and aligning the feet, ankles, knees, hips and shoulders. Focused work on the pelvis and then progressing up and wrapping round the torso to the shoulders and neck. We will learn both the basic and more advanced YBR routines. Healthy lung function and freedom to breathe is also a key element in this practice and of paramount importance, especially right now and for our future health and wellbeing.
Systematically moving through the entire body, elongating muscles, improving alignment and overall well being you will feel a significant change in your self and approach to health and exercise. All balls and Foot Savers/Wakers are provided but please bring your own mat. When booking please read the COVID guidelines first and note there is a 12 hour cancellation window for refunds. Thereafter recordings will be available in lieu of your place on the workshop. All balls will be sanitised before and after the workshop and then quarantined out of use.
