Consciously unconscious, mindfully mindless and effortlessly effortful. The beautiful contradictions of a Yoga practice. Finding a balance between effort and ease to integrate the practices we are learning and that are intended to steady our minds and harmonise with our body.
Our mental whirlwinds require conscious effort and practice of something new to achieve ease. It is something that requires hard work. But this effort is purposeful, aware and free from attachment. In this workshop we will practice movement, breath and meditation that explores this relationship between effort and ease and how we can move and think with greater understanding.
