This workshop will target poor posture and how our habitual movement patterns combined with poor posture over time will cause imbalances and lead towards pain. With improved posture we improve internal organ health, decelerate the ageing process (!), increase joint health and create greater freedom and range of movement.
As we work towards standing tall we will develop a deeper understanding of how different parts of the body are connected and how imbalances could cause knee, hip or shoulder problems. Our work will culminate with Yamuna Yoga Standing Postures (with Foot Savers) and seated breath work.
