A restful day of Yoga and Yamuna in the beautiful country surroundings of Maxwell House, less than 30 mins from Winchester on the outskirts of Durley. Nestled within a serene natural setting, the yurt offers the perfect environment to escape for the day. This unique and spacious yurt provides a harmonious blend of comfort and nature, making it an ideal space for meditation, yoga, and Yamuna.

Revitalising Morning Yoga Class exploring Yoga and movement that prepares us to enter shorter days and longer nights and the way our bodies feel when the world around us is shedding it’s leaves and dimming it’s light.
12.15 - 1.30 Lunch Break
Delicious and nourishing food prepared by the wonderful Hampshire Vegan. Seasonally delicious.

Introspective Afternoon Yoga/Yamuna Class to help us leave behind what no longer serves us. Autumn is the season that symbolises letting go. We will roll, breathe and lay to restore vital energy to our body and mind

Yoga
All classes are led and taught by Gemma Nash. A Yoga teacher for 22 years and one of the few certified Yamuna Body Rolling practitioners in the UK. She focuses on the individual and progressive movement building on stability as the first corner stone of a healthy body and mind.
