Synchronizing with the early days of Spring we invite you to spend the day harmonizing with your Body, Mind and Soul.  Welcoming in more light with uplifting Yoga, Yamuna Body Rolling, guided Meditation and the most delicious food and drink to elevate you in to a fresh new season.

THE DAY …

  • Welcome freshly pressed juice and rawlicious ball.

  • 90 minute Yoga practice to Renew and Energize.  Helping you to      emerge out of Winter and in to your most vibrant self.

  • Hannah’s quest to feed your soul with the most deliciously nutritious food provides a perfectly balanced and divinely tasty lunch. Always creatively inspired by her travels with an ability to marry flavors effortlessly will leave you satisfied and inspired.  All ingredients are vegetarian and free from unnatural sugars, gluten and dairy.

  • 90 min Relaxing and Rejuvenating afternoon Yoga session to quieten the senses, balance energy and calm the murmurs of the mind.

  • Farewell tea, raw dessert and opportunity for questions with your hosts.

  • Recipes and a home practice sequence will be yours to take away from the Urban Retreat, as well as more balanced approach to eating well.

This retreat is designed for you to leave your every day world at the door.  To have the time and space to be in harmony with yourself and to leave feeling balanced and uplifted.

THE VENUE AND YOUR HOSTS

The day long Urban Retreat is set within the walls of Hannah's B&B, a beautiful, tranquil and luxurious hideaway in Central Winchester.  All classes are led and taught by Gemma Nash, a registered Senior Teacher with Yoga Alliance UK and Yamuna Body Rolling Practitioner.
